Introduction
This guide aims to be a very general introduction to the literature of Hospitality Management and will highlight some of its principal texts and resources. It is not to be seen as an exhaustive guide. It is aimed at students at undergraduate level and above and at researchers. If the resources listed are not available in your library please ask staff for advice.
